I hold a Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (UK), a Higher National Certificate (Level 8) in Advanced Skin and Body Therapies issued by the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and accreditation in Dry Needling from Osteon Manual Therapy Training, London. With over 12 years’ experience, I have worked in both private practice and clinical settings across New Zealand, England, and Scotland.

Massage therapy sits at the heart of my work. My approach is slow, considered, and methodical, with the aim of reducing pain and restoring function rather than forcing change. I work respectfully within the boundaries of each client’s body, tailoring every treatment to support long-term improvement and overall wellbeing.

In advanced skin and body therapies, I focus on a select range of treatments that have consistently delivered real, visible results over time. I originally trained in cosmetic acupuncture; however, through clinical experience, I found other modalities to be more effective in achieving the outcomes clients seek. My current treatment offerings include microneedling and carboxytherapy, chosen for their proven results and skin-supporting benefits.
